Good Morning, we have sent an SMS to all clients affected by this email outage this morning.
The issue has been caused by a load distributed that has failed. We are hoping that there shouldn't be any email data loss, yet there are a number of time outs instead.
It is anticipated that it will be a 12-24 hour period before these issues are corrected.

These works will be minor, but aim to make the What's New modal display remote content. This will make updating the content more easy and flexible.

We have had reported issues to some services on the BCSV Website, Including the Webmail.
We are working to correct the issue ASAP.

OUTAGE UPDATE
The issue looks to have been resolved.
The BCSV Website will now be loading with no issues at this stage.
We are continuing to monitor the website to make sure that the issue does not occur again.

ATTENTION We are still experiencing Mail issues. This is due to an outage on the Mail Server.
We are hoping that the issue will be fixed later today.
Please use the CRM for any enquiries.

BCSV Website Update

We are glad to announce that the BCSV Website is nearing a release.
This has been a massive project for MP Productions, and we can't wait to see the website go live very soon.
At this stage we are still attempting to correct some known issues with the website, including issues with the BCSV Webmail installation.
Since the release of the MP Productions CRM, we've been able to better keep track of these issues and the appropriate resolutions.
